I'm a semi retired guy who was in the television and marketing/public relations industry and is now a professional character actor/singer on stage and I teach Marketing and Public Relations at a college in Boston, MA every Fall. My oldest daughter was married here in Key West and it's a special place for me as I hope it will be for you.
Why the Owner Chose Truman Annex, Key West, FL, USA:
I always had TAE (Truman Annex envy) when my two daughters and I were visitors and renters in Key West. I vowed I'd live here one day and when I sold my public relations firm in 1999, I bought a small two bedroom, one bath condo and six years later sold the condo and purchased a larger two bedroom, two bathroom cottage "A Touch of Bermuda in Key West" www.keywestbermuda.com and in early 2017 I added this oversized two bedroom, one bath condominium www.keywest-havana.org. I live in Key West at least six months a year and rent out my two vacation homes when I am not in town.
The Unique Benefits at this new vacation condominium: A pass to the nearby Ft. Zachary Taylor State Park beach; an extra large end unit two bedroom, one bath condominium on the first floor; an extra large kitchen; WIFI; cable television; and an easy walk to Duval Street or the beach. Oh yes The pool. Just walk out my back gate, take a right and in 75 steps you'll be at the large heated community pool which incidentally is WIFI fee. No password needed.
A Touch of Havana in Key West is my 'friend with benefits' as everything I want to see or do is within walking or biking distance. One couldn't ask for more.

Why do I call this A Touch of Havana in Key West? What do Cuba and Key West have in common? Well they are both sub tropical islands with warm temperatures year around. There are consistent balmy breezes that take the edge off the heat even in summer. Yes, roosters inhabit both locales. Fine cigars, rum, music, unique architecture are omnipresent. And just to put this in perspective. Cuba is a lot closer (90 miles away) to Key West than Miami which is 154 miles away.
All this hopefully will add up to one of your best vacations yet. A few unique features of my home are that it is 40 square feet larger than other two bedroom condos; the large reserved and secure parking spot can accommodate a large SUV comfortably; I charge no booking fees. The cleaning fees before you come and after you leave are included in the rental price. I will let the photos of my vacation home speak for themselves and I welcome questions at any time. Come on down.
